Re: cream for high cortisol

Maybe you are right, Trick. I don't have high cortisol but have been reading so much on here that there are 2 different types of adrenal fatigue high or low, that I figured those who are dealing with the high know more than I do about it,so that is why I put that option there for them. I do worry about anyone lowering their cortisol because mine is so very low. But I'm not a specialist or Doctor and do not deal with high cortisol, so who am I to say they are wrong when they clearly know more than I?

As for all of the things you say about lowering inflammation, I agree. Inflammation is very hard on the adrenals. I already take everything on the list you posted. Hopefully it's doing something for my need for cortisol. So far do not see it helping but who knows? We don't always know when something is necessarily working right away. Hopefully it is for me.

I also clearly see people on here with high cortisol able to handle things and that make them better that make me much worse! Rhodiola being one of them. I do not buy it that Rhodiola highers cortisol levels. It dangerously lowered mine and others on here seem to have no problem with it. Maybe because their cortisol was too high in the first place? I don't know.
