what to do ! hit in head with softball

I got hit in the head today with a softball dead on right in the forehead almost in the middle of my head .. but closer towards above the right eyebrow

my head is sore and kinda hurting but no pump knot or anything just red but the back of my neck is kinda hurting too

I feel it is gonna be a long night for me


I really dont wanna go to the ER but dont wanna brain bleed or anything going on either like that one guy that got hit last year . this has kinda got me tore up right now

any advice other than ice ? cayenne maybe ?
