I'm new to this but am very interested. I was just reading that it's recommended to be outdoors with bare feet on ground for 30 minutes 2x a day. Sorry if I missed something but I don't see how anyone is going to get much benefit out of stepping outdoors in cold 20+ degree weather for a minute or two in wet socks. Are you saying we should be outdoors in cold weather with wet socks on? This seems hard to imagine. Maybe there's benefit to it that I have yet to experience.
