Its harder to not eat many calories than just to fast. Eating solid food keeps hunger alive and the digestive system awake. Fasting after day 2 or 3 on water or juice and hunger is gone.Cold turkey can work and have done it these last few times.No prep normal food and right to water fast.
Some juice can be too acidic. Sometimes have to try a few different things.I usally drink some salty clamato for sodium especially after the Water Fast when transitioning to re feed. Feel a lot better when you put some sodium into your system if your blood pressure is super low from fasting on water.Gets rid of that dizzyness and fainting feelings.And energy soars on juice compared to water.
