I have never heard of nori before
is it some type of a sea vegetable ?

I only tried 1/8 of a tsp of kelp in a smoothie and that was enough to drive my blood pressure up and give me tightness in my chest but no heart palps at all just felt like crap

thats good that you can tolerate it more now

maybe one day I will be able to also
