I agree with you Julie, I find the info at natural news to be generally credible, and that piece was written by a staff writer. I would imagine that the staff writers there are held to a higher standard than the "citizen journalists".

I can't figure this one out. After reading Sam's link, I'm at a loss. How did that writer interpret the bill as he did?

I think that the natural healers out there should fear over-legislation more than they should fear being jailed, so there is reason to fear that bill, IMO. Just not the reasons the author at natural news cites.
