Leads me to this question though....

Methionine over time will increase homocysteine. TMG converts HCY to SAMe, so would taking Methionine in combination with TMG be the best bet seeing as the Meth would provide more HCY for the TMG to in turn convert to SAM-e in the body? Tweet
