Your label actually says that one milliliter contains 6.25 mg iodine, and one drop 250 mcg. It is neither in the form of Lugol's or pure SSKI , so yes, yours is unfortunately very weak.

That's how these companies make money, by putting a paltry amount of Iodine in their products, based on the Iodine RDA set by the National Academy of Sciences, and then charging big bucks for them. It's been really bad lately as they try to take advantage of the nuclear paranoia. Tweet
