I'm new to all this Iodine supplementation and I've heard that 50-100mgs/day is around the level some take to have benefit.
I'm confused though, my Iodine (NOT Potassium Iodide) says one drop is 6.25mgs CONTAINING 250mcg of Iodine per drop.
So I assume I am aiming for 50-100mgs from the DROPS?
Otherwise I'd be taking hundreds of drops to the the amount...
OR my supplement is stupidly weak??
