Personally, I love the silky feel of pure (distilled) water, however it's good to be aware that it will strip some of your electrolytes out of your blood through excretion. Long term use has been associated with bone demineralisation, however if you are vigilant you can take supplements or make sure you are getting sufficient amounts of the relevant minerals in your diet.
Are any of you guys familiar with the work of Masaru Emoto? There are also water devices out that can "reset" the water memory... does anyone have one of these? I'm curious!
