4 years ago, I became a raw vegan and quickly, it massively lowered my thyroid function, probably in synch with my adrenals. 2 years after that, I was eating predominantly muscle meats and fats. Fast forward to the present and now I'm having severe adrenal problems with catabolism of healthy tissues.
I wish I'd carried on with my beers and pasta - at least I would have had my same metabolism. Running around playing football and skipping meals whenever I liked.
Now I'm stuck here with my crappy thyroid function and whacked out adrenals, losing healthy tissues.
I wanna go back and tell that man to keep his toxic liver and standard diet...But instead, I have to seek the forward escape...
