Re: Man, what's up with my heart?..

Sweetie, you are allowed to complain. You really are. We don't mind at all. I'm so glad that you have a sweet girlfriend to be there for you and to help you out.

I know how you feel about leaving the house. I don't go anywhere. I've been living at home for 5.5 months now and I've been to the grocery store less than a dozen times. Twice I've tried to go sit in nature, once in a park by some water and once to thebeach and it wore me out quite a bit. At this point in the game we gotta focus on the little miracles. I'm focusing on the fact that i'm not thirsty at night like I used to be. I can be awake all night and not feel like I need to drink a bunch. My urethra has stopped burning in the day... Now only at night (I sleep with ice packs on my crotch every night. I keep a cooler in my room for my ice packs. It's ridiculous.).

I know how scary it is when you feels like you might be getting worse. Have you been doing anything new that could be making you more tired?

This is kinda off topic but, have you ever tried using a tincture on the bottom of your feet? My colon hydrotherapist said that she put ashwaghanda on the bottom of her feet and it worked that way... She said it made her feel really calm at first and then it started to make her super horny. Ha ha! Anyhow, I wonder if it might be a way for you to get tinctures and other nutrients into your body with out it causing such a severe blood Sugar reaction. Also, what about the three oil massage that Dr Christopher talks about? Have you tried having your girlfriend massage castor oil, olive oil and wheet germ oil into your skin. I don't know if you've heard that part of his lectures, but he has people do then two days of each while laying in the sun for short periods but gradually building up the time frame. Maybe, if you haven't already tried these things, that you may be able to get nutrients into you through the skin.

Okay, that's all I got this morning but I think about you often and am rootin for you every day.

Beth
