Man, what's up with my heart?..
Man, this is getting old.
Everytime I exert myself with my arms, like taking a shower, or brushing my teeth, or even washing my hands with soap, my heartrate goes up pretty high. If I don't back off, I bet it'll hit 200bpm easily. It goes up to maybe 140+ and I have to stop, but until I completely stop the activity, it keeps speeding up anyways.
I can barely take a shower. I just took one right now after my GF skin brushed me (I can't skin brush myself because it REALLY wears me/my heart out), and wiping my skin started speeding my heart up. I began brushing my teeth and it was getting really quick, so I brushed while squatting and it helped somewhat.
It seems if I'm standing and doing something with my arms, that's when my heart is affected. For example, if I'm strumming the guitar sitting, I'm usually mostly ok, but doing it standing gets me. Brushing my teeth, washing myself in the shower ALWAYS gets me.
Back in February it was so bad that it sped up all crazy like that if I just stood up. Now it has improved from that point, but sometimes standing still does mess with my heart.
I fear I'm getting worse again though, because I've been more fatigued in that regard the past week or so. I was able to skin brush, for example, even though afterwards I was wiped out and my heart took awhile to slow, but now I don't even want to dare and find out.
I have a hawthorne tincture from HerbPharm that I tried taking about a month ago, I think it was. Couldn't take any. I took less than a drop and my blood sugar, adrenaline, reacted all hard to it. Maybe since I've been a little more tolerant to two new foods (little piece of cucumber and almonds), I'll also be more tolerant to the hawthorne. That stuff really helped me in the past. If I'm lucky, it's just the alcohol in the tincture I'm reacting to, and not the herb. I'll try evaporating the alcohol and drinking the herb like that.
Even if I can do that without reacting and it helps my heart, it's just a bandaid. What is the reason this is happening? I was first getting this somewhat regularly in the late summer last year, while I was still able to eat some vegetation. Granted, I wasn't eating as much vegetation as I should have been, so maybe I'm experiencing some severe mineral imbalance or deficiency?
::Start of complaints:: It's getting pretty annoying. Between this, my hypoglycemia, my fatigue, and my dizziness/vertigo, I have no life. I haven't even been away from my house in more than a month. I haven't been out for leisure since December. If I were to get this heart problem resolved, I'd at least be able to ride around or something. But maybe it's too soon, even with that resolve. Last time I walked into Von's about a month or two ago, I nearly collapsed on the floor just from being overstimulated by the sight of all these products everywhere. All these boxes and words all over the place. Man. ::end of complaints::
Any thoughts?
