At 5ft 8 you could likely easily weigh 150
pounds and look fantastic. Go too skinny and lose all your top end and start looking very thing. Wife is 5ft 6 and looks great at 150 starts to look thin at 140.And would never let her go under 140.Personally don't like thin women and think most guys don't.
I would do 10 days water you would drop around 20 and maybe gain back 10 post fast. So you would hit 140 then maybe bounce to 150 and with proper diet and exercise could easily maintain near 140 which still think will be too low.
I would say pm me some pics but wife might get jealous and you might think me dirty old man. But seriously 140 to 150 would be plenty low enough. You are pretty tall.
You are also lucky. Be easy to drop 20 or so. 20 day fast should put you around 130 and you would go to about 140 ish on re feed. everyone one is bit different and holds bit different amounts of water weight.
No way do longer than 20 day water fast.
If you want to you could also do like 30 day juice fast.Lose maybe about same as 20 on water but easier,your energy stays high and you should have no problems with dizzyness or fainting like you can on water only.
Wife did 28 days on her first fast on juice.now gone 7 on her second juice fast. She was 199 and 5ft 6. She is around 175 or so now. She actually won't let me know her current weight but just guessing it right now!
