You MUST consume "good fats" every day or get the gallbladder gets sluggish and stagnated and does not work correctly------just don't eat TRANS-FATS---french fries, chips, cheezes, processed "garbage" foods, fast foods-----eat olive oils and the Mediterranean diet-style-----in fact, LOF-FAT DIETS AND RAPID WEIGHT LOSS ARE A CAUSE OF GALLSTONES!
