I feel your pain. Back off on anti fungals and reevaluate a bit so you can function.

I had such bad stomach cramps I thought I was having a gb attack yesterday and just felt horrific. Now I feel sickly and weak and my lower back aches... word of advice. WHILE YOU ARE TAKING ANTIFUNGALS, DO NOT TAKE CANDIDA FEEDING FOOD WITH THEM! This will cause massive die off, or it did for me, because they will dive in to eat the stuff mixed with the antifungals and problems will ensue... lots will die and you will feel terrible. I think that's what happened with me this week.

Either way, reevaluate and go about things slower, imo. Tweet
