Die off symptoms

I have had candida for a long long time, and recently strayed from 'the path' (I am also celiac, grain intolerant, lactose intolerant, and many others).

I have gone back onto the candida diet, and cut out all dairy (i was eating my own lactofree home made yoghurt) as well as all the other candida feeding foods I was eating, such as tinned tomatoes, and beeetroot.

The die off seems to be very debilitating in that, I could just spend my life in bed at the moment. I have all the usual aches and pains, but I look dreadful, cant stop drinking, have had dreadful constipation, which eases slightly with small bowel movements which are tarry and dark and foul smelling.

I am also experiencing mild fever and stomach cramps. My whole body is acutely unfortunately so my sleep is fitful and I am up 2 -4 times a night needing to urinate.

I hoped I would feel better today, but no such luck. I was taking oregano oil for about 2 weeks, but have taken none for the last 10 days and thought the symptoms would have subsided, but they have got worse if anything.

Is there anyting i can take, or drink, or whatever, to help? It is so bad I keep wanting to go and eat something I shouldn't just to stop the die off as it is getting me quite depressed now. Im facing another day lying around the house as I don't have the strength or energy for anything else. My concentration level is also poor (brain fog) so I'm reduced to sleeping and watching DVDs while the work piles up around me.
