Hi, I went to a naturpathic doctor, and the doctor told me I have Candida. The doctor told me to drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a water, before eating and take probiotics 3 times a day.
I noticed a reaction after drinking the water/vinegar. I feel tired after drinking it. I read that a die off reaction is common. I have cysts underneath my skin, under the rib cage. I'm going to have allergy testing, because a doctor told me that these cysts could be caused by a food allergy or infection.
I ordered Humaworm to treat parasites, though have not received it yet.
What is the usual process to cure Candida? Taking the probiotics and drinking the water/vinegar, is not bad at all. Though, is that a usual cure?
Acids do keep Candida under control. But the primary focus should be on reestablishing the flora. The flora generate acids that keep Candida in a benign yeast form and turn off the Candida growth gene. The flora also compete for food and space with the Candida.
