No, you've been very helpful. Sometimes I feel like it appears as though I'm being difficult or overly sensitive to my reactions to things. It's helpful to know that I'm not alone here.
Are you sure that it's okay to open the capsule and add it to IF2? I thought I remembered uny saying that if1 should always be in a capsule. Maybe I misunderstood. But I like the idea of adding it to if2.
