Yeast infections and Boric Acid Question?

Hi all,

For anyone who has done the boric acid before can you tell me how much to use? Is it 1 capsule or 2 capsules? I decided I can't stand this bladder pain/yeast so I am doing this on my own since my gyn just gave me a prescription for Nizoral. I am nervous about taking it because she isn't too sure about it she just gave it to me because I told her diflucan doesn't work anymore. I know my adrenals are weak and I don't want to take the nizoral and then find out the fungus is resistant to it too. If anybody had done nizoral due to the fact that diflucan didn't work for you anymore please share your experience with me.

I am going to give the boric acid a try since people say it works well.
