For adrenal fatigue, she recommends totally going off all stimulants (certain foods are stimulants). And you MUST start getting 10 hours sleep a day minimum. Even if you can't sleep, at least lie in bed with eyes closed ... reading and watching TV do not count as "sleep." And give yourself one day a week of rest (nothing more strenuous than sleep, reading or watching TV or something similarly non-physical. If there is a day you can't get the 10 hours sleep, tack on the missed hours to another day ... she says you CAN make up lost sleep. I know for myself, ensuring the 10 hours is helping me out.
