5 things you will do when healthy
OK. Here's a little motivational exercise.
What are the 5 things you'll do once you're completely healthy?
1. I will start weightlifting and BJJ. I've been dreaming about this for a long time.
2. I will start a social life again. I'll make lots of new friends and revive some that have been lost.
3. I will continue to reprogram myself, my confidence has taken a toll and I'm excited to rebuild it more stronger than ever.
4. I'll be grateful. I will give back to the community by helping others still suffering, I will thank God forever for all the suffering he has put me through and how strong it has made me, and thank him for helping me getter better.
5. I will live life to the fullest. I'll write a bucket list of 100 or more things that I want to do in life and achieve those things. I will live life enjoying each and every day knowing how precious and fragile life really is.
