pre-fast prep days for spring clean
Morning everyone
Today is day 2 of my prefast prep day, day one was raw food and veg juices only, today is going to be lots of prunes, one high fibre meal and fuit to desire. Wens and Thursday will be 1 litre of coconut water only each day and from April 1st 30 day
Water Fast begins!
My aim is 30 days on water followed by 31 juice aternating with
Water Fast every other day, followed by 30 on raw alternating with raw food and juices and
Water Fast everyother day. Then July 1st my aim is to have a 60% raw diet eating organic where I can and about 200% of my dily cal needs, alternating with waterfasting everyother day (aim to keep that up all my life!)
Brain fog, lathargicness, weight gain and drop in health and self-esteem have fustrated me so much in the past 2 years, used to follow a very healthy lifestyle pre-graduation, fell off track sitting at home unemployed with no money or anything to do! with faith in the almighty lets begin a new life!
