19th flush and finally something to talk about

I did my 19th flush about a week ago and after chaff, chaff and more chaff flushes, this one gave some stones as well. Previously what I have interpreted as stones have turned out to be compressed chaff when picked up. One was the size and shape of my first finger and crumpled into pieces when I picked it up. But anyway, it was something bigger than a grain of sand and I was very happy to see it. That happened on my 6th flush and before and after that it was chaff, sometimes I think some parasites as well, nothing recognizeable or worth taking a picture of .

This time I had about 30 stones that I recognize from the pictures of this website, most of them were about 1cm in diameter, some of them bigger and a lot of smaller ones. For preparation I took malic acid for about one week beforehand. For the potion I took about 3/4 cup OO/1.5 cup GFJ/ 2tbs dandelion herb at 10pm and drank it all on one go. That made me feel a bit nauseaus but not too bad. In the morning I took my first ES at 6.30 and second 8.30. The stones kept on coming out till 18.00 which is very unusual to me, normally the chaff stops coming out before 11.00.

Since that day I have felt really good in my energy. I have got a lot of done, get up early in the morning with less sleep, no problem. I have not felt tired during the day, and I have been very, very cheerful. I even FIND myself doing housework which normally happens only after 3 days self persuation! I have felt this way many times after a flush but the lovely feeling tends to wear off after a few days or so. Now it has been there for a week and seems to have no end to it. Absolutely lovely. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the weight loss which actually started happening after the number 18 but now it continues nicely.

I could sing a song or two in praise of liverflush and thank you all who contribute to this website. I have learned a lot from everybody's experiences.
