If you *must* drink filtered water, then drink it. If you have access to distilled, that is the best for your body. You will grow to appreciate it's unique taste, trust me. Once you add anything to your water (lemon juice) you've ruined your water fast.
During my long fasts, I've had days where I've had no energy and became grouchy with my kids and wife. On other days I had energy sufficient to do what I had to do. My job isn't labor intensive or physically demanding, however. I did manage to build a backyard fence three weeks ago (mid-term my 40-day fast). I've learned, from all previous fasts, that when I get up from a resting position, I always do it slowly. Once I'm standing and/or walking and I begin to feel dizzy, I simply lean forward and rest my hands on my knees. By lowering my upper torso, it quickly helps my blood pressure equalize and the dizziness instantly dissipates. You'll learn to manage it, with time.
