I read your first post that you were starting a strict water only fast, this time only water. Good for you. The water-only is the only way to do it. Like you, I've tried coffee, and other substances along with water. None of them work. The only two successful long-term fasts I've had was my first 30-day Water Fast two years ago and my second 40-day fast (which I'm currently on now, at day 36); both resulting in a strict water-only and on distilled water. That's it. Distilled water and nothing else. Anything else messes with your system and will cripple your success.
