Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H

Water kefir and Sugar kefir are the same thing. Sometimes people abbreviate Sugar Kefir Grains as SKG (which are what we call Water Kefir Grains).

Methinks it'd be easiest for all of us if we just still with "water kefir" and "dairy kefir".
