Thank you Wings! What i'd like to do is take the LBB instead of IF#1 and take the IF#2 with it.
I'm not comfortable with the garlic in the IF#1. My instincts keep telling me that my body is not ready for garlic. I bought the IF's and was gonna do it anyways and then I asked my mom what she thought and she concurred. I'd rather do something that feels safe if it would potentially have the same effect. I already have three bowel movements per day and have been having monthly colonics since I was 25. I doubt that I need the extra strength version. I've tried far too many supposed healing foods for the GI tract that haven't agreed with me or made things worse in ways that I haven't yet recovered from to just jump in head first. When I don't trust my instincts I get sicker not healthier.
So that's the reason for my question. Thank you all for your timeless wisdom.
