Re: Parasites in eyes help!?!??

In me the kind of problems you described are due to gluten sensitivity (Celiac Disease). Before I was diagnosed with CD I would have itchy scalp, rash on face every once in a while and lice treatments did not help. Now when I accidently eat or am exposed to gluten the itchiness and rashes come back and will continue for 3 to five months until the antibody producing cells die off.

Some Tapeworms can cause cysts and nodules in the eyes. Search for 'tapeworm eye cysts'.

I react to chlorine in treated water - redness and itching eyes followed by deep eye pain the next day. If it is strong then my face burns and itches. I don't use chloring disinfectants. Putting a charchoal filter in your water line will take the chlorine out.

Another parasite which affects eyes is Toxoplasma gondii. We get this from cats, usually from the eggs in feces. parasite herbs will kill them off in humans and cats but it is very difficult to keep cats free of this parasite. The body has no resistance to Toxoplasma so some peope cannot have cats if they have had previous Toxoplasmosis infections. No indoor cat boxes.
