I hope a lot of people will read this and it helps them in some way too.
I am a very private and quiet person with not a lot of words, but what i can say is that from from the start i read and reread all humaworm and curezone stories and made a plan for myself and have kept to it.
I gave myself 2 years of Dr Baileys protocol. Humaworm,humacleanse,and tea.
Then the inbetween and organ cleansers.
After the two years i am going to start cutting back and plan to use only humaworm thrice yearly for life, with a good multivitamin in between times. Thats my plan, may change but thats a long way off yet.
I will also add that when times were bad Dr Bailey and all at humaworm were amazing, talking me through the worst time of my life.
And i cant finish without a word for our dear fledgling, she helped me more than she will ever know. Just someone who beleived, had suffered too, makes all the difference.
One last note, Listen to your body. Slowly and surely was my moto. No hurry we got all our life to cleanse.
