I would reformulate by saying the more die-off you have (the more canditoxins are accumulating in your tissues), the more you become intolerant to carb. I can regain tolerance to complex carb if I stop the die-off process. I also can recover a better tolerance to simple carb (tomatoes, dextrose in salt) if I halt die-off by stopping antifungals and detoxing for a couple of days. Canditoxins are messing with carb metabolism. I believe no carb diet brings a lot of canditoxins which induce more carb intolerance. This reaction should lesson overtime (see Jhan, Remi, and other).
