Speaking for myself, I like to 'R' posts even when they repeat a citation, because it's another way of bringing the information to the front of readers' attention, in case the original citation didn't get there.

I skimmed the pdf, but as I'm on information overload right now, a very long pdf is not going to be read without overwhelming need. It looked well put-together and well referenced, and I stored it for the future should I want an in-depth review of breast cancer origins. Sometimes, it's take my iodine, take my supplements, and keep moving :)
