Does this sound like..??

So the last 2-3 weeks my BM's have been what you can say normal going once or twice a day. Then all of a sudden yesterday out of nowhere I get diaherra. I looked through it, there was a hard stool floating at the top of the water with a long white thing hanging down from it, thought it maybe be mucous but def not Ive seen mucous. So I thought OK one day of this whatever, then today AGAIN, diaherra and this time there was a bunch of small circle things floating at the top of the water like 50 of them, I never seen nothing like it...

I dont remember eatin any food like this, could this be food?
I know through research parasites cause people to be normal for cpl weeks then BAM diaherra, whats that all about? why is it like this? Could these little things have been eggs?

Also if my problem is systematic does that mean there are no parasites in my intestines? or does it mean that they are there too but ALSO throughout my body??? THANKS
