Yeah, I was going to post an update in a few days when I'm more sure of things, but lately it does seem to be helping me a little, and I'm still only taking the amount of one toothpick tip once a day.
In the past 3 or 4 days, I've been able to eat 1 almond per meal several times a day, and 1 piece of cucumber about a cubic
inch in size once a day with a meal. I have trouble in the evening and at night though, going in and out of what seems like ketosis, and it is messing with my sleep somewhat, but this seems like a big improvement for me. Eating the almonds and the cucumber does stimulate me, but not as intensely as before when I would eat something like that.
So far no change in the interval between meals though (still 1 to 2 hours between meals), but it does seem like my tolerance to foods might be improving little by little.
Aside from these little blood
Sugar crisis's I go through every day, I'm feeling a little optimistic, but I think it's too early for me to "count my chickens".
