Me.
I have dry mouth many times, and it gets really bad if I walk around, get stressed, brush my teeth, get excited, let my blood
Sugar drop too low, etc. Basically any kind of activity.
My urine is usually clear too.
It was really getting to me a couple of weeks ago, but it has improved somewhat.
At first I was putting RealSalt on my foods, but then that started really dehydrating me for some reason. Drinking salt water would so the same instantly. It'd mess with my heart, etc.
Lately, I've been drinking tap water in limited amounts, and eating a lot of canned chicken and some canned salmon. Canned foods are pretty salty. It's been helping. I even have darker yellow urine now sometimes.
Thanks to the pantethine, in the past two days I've been eating 1 salty almond with some meals and that's been helping too. I'm trying to replace eating so much meat for salt with other salty foods, because all that protein is tearing up my liver.
EDIT: Worse than the thirst is the very strong dizziness and vertigo I have been experiencing almost non-stop since late January. I feel like I'm constantly at sea, or in a rolling earthquake. Loud noises, like the running sink water, make it even worse. I almost fall off my feet every day. Increasing the salt intake reduces the dizziness.
