Re: A network chiropractic technique

Aside from all the politics... both normal chiropractic care and network chiropractic both offer benefit to the individual. Each has its own good points and bad points, strong points and weaknesses. In the end, I would say they compliment each other.

If you are more meditative and able to let your body "unravel" and heal on its own then Network Chiropractic is a very good modality to explore.

But, sometimes your body needs a stronger adjustment due for various reasons and others will find the relief they need through ordinary chiropractic.

Both will get you results. And when you want to become self-sufficient you might begin by going through a course in Feldenkrais Movement therapy. In addition to that, learning to do wall-squats and experiencing Chi-Lel chi-kung (Lift Chi Up, Pour Chi Down) is a very wise thing indeed.

Good luck towards achieving wholeness in whatever you choose to do!
