I never prepare the fast. But this time I will prepare the afterwards! At all of my 3day fasts when I began eating again(without caution) I had straight away diarrhea ... so I will try juice fasting afterwards.
The problem with the job is that sometimes I have to handle with 2-3 jobs at the same time. And many-times the brain can't can't can't think at all ---------- LOL
