What is the best colloidal silver maker?

Before I waste my money. There's lots of them out there. I use to make my own, but lost all the stuff it seems except for the laser pointer.

Now, as far as sinus infections, NOTHING has helped. I bought some (what I thought was) quality CS from Vitamin Shoppe. I forget the brand. I squirted this crap up my nose for a solid 2 weeks and eventually had to go to the frign doctor (guesser) and was put on 2 weeks of Antibiotics . I HATE doctors and I only went because I was dying.

Now tell me why did the CS not work? I'm a hopeful skeptic and I like to do everything on my own. I HATE having to go to doctors. They are IDIOTS who can do nothing but dispense medication. They are USELESS.

My 3 year old daughter has been on Antibiotics 3 f*****g times in 2011 already. She goes to daycare and is constantly sick. I'm so f*****g tired of it. Sorry for the swearing, I'm fed up and I know there is just probably one little bastard in there that is always sick. I don't want to tell you what I'd like to do with that little SOB.

Anyhow, the doctor is useless. All those AS***LES know how to do is dispense medication. I've HAD IT with getting sick. I shouldn't be sick. My diet is impeccable. I eat almost no processed foods.

Now tell me. Does this crap really work and what is the best CS generator out there? I want to spend < $300 if possible but want something that has the capability of generating different PPM CS and auto shut off and something that can generate large quantities. I'm not giving up yet, but I'm highly doubtful this stuff works until I actually see a video of an electron microscope under which CS is killing viruses and bacteria.

So if anyone would answer the question about about the CS maker and also why this stuff does not work for me, at least the stuff I've tried in the past, I would appreciate it. Sorry for sounding so abrupt as well, I'm really pissed off. I'm 40 years old and I'm a big big baby when it comes to getting sick. I'm sick the 3rd time for 2011.

Vit D does not work. I've taken 300,000 i/u 4 days in a row and I've done about 30G of oral vitamin C for 4 days and I'm still sick with a sore throat.

I just don't get it. Why all the disinfo on stuff that does not work? I've researched endlessly on the vitamin D. I take about 6000 i/u a day of medical quality (that my wife gets) vitamin D as she's a nurse and still we're always sick.
