Quick question regarding CE's
Do I need to eat light after doing an CE? I have been doing them an hour or so before lunch. But lunch is usually my 'heaviest' meal (ie. avocado). Today lunch zapped my energy but this is normal without the CE's so I'm just trying to clarify.
Do I treat this like a Liver Flush and assume my liver will be short on bile for awhile after a CE?
