Re: Epsom Salts, Liver flushing 'thinks & thoughts'...Re: You've Made Great Progress!
Thanks. Good food for thought as I have my reservations about ES as well.
"I'm not saying that we shouldn't listen to our doctor within and pay close attention to what we've experienced in the past). However, flushes done "cold" with only ES and apple juice are very different from prepping the liver with daily CE's, castor oil packs, foot reflexology and strong herbal/chologague support."
I will definitely be doing all the prep work this time. I also have a tincture of Cold Coin Grass that I will use in conjunction with fresh pressed apple juice and ACV bombs. And the juice fast. It's going to be a good flush for sure, ES or not.
"The first thing that comes to mind is a stone/s being dislodged in the liver from one place and moving forward 'toward the exit door', but ending up in a tighter biliary duct (that wasn't previously 'stretched' to fit the stone............Another possibility is liver flukes............... Flushing a lot of debris into those tails can sometimes cause a temporary 'clog of stones' that will take a few days after the flush to resolve. Of course, there are other possibilities."
I've certainly considered these possibilities as well and haven't concluded one over the other. It was strange. And it was 2 flushes ago. The pain was right underneath the edge of my rib cage about 2.5
inches down from my sternum, where I imagine the main hepatic duct to be. It was tender to the touch and was aggravated by eating, but also randomly flared up throughout the day. It gradually subsided after about three days.
I did expel a rather large stone during the following flush (2.5 weeks ago) so that would support the 'newly stuck stone' theory. And I also think the worms that I am doing battle with may be exploring my liver, though I am not sure they are traditional Liver Flukes. Perhaps
Ascaris or an unclassified worm of some sort. I've seen casings connected by 2 stones after a few of these
Liver Flushes and the first worm I saw was one I expelled during my 6th flush. But I've also killed these same worms with herbs, DE, garlic, enemas, etc., so I know they are also just thriving in my intestines and are not solely liver worms.
I'll give this all some thought. I definitely don't like the
Epsom Salts and welcome a flush without them.
You know, more concerning for me than the ES is whether or not taking .5 cups of
OO (Olive-Oil) in the middle of a juice fast will trigger a bad reaction? Or if there are 5 days prior with small amounts of
OO (Olive-Oil) (Schulze prep.), will taking in this oil disrupt the juice fast by sending mixed signals to the body and encouraging it to stop it's cleansing action? I guess you might be addressing this in your big post to me.
Here's the results of my last flush. Notice the big curved macaroni noodle shaped stone at the bottom. It's curved shape gave it a diameter as big as a quarter but if it was stretched straight, it would have been longer. What a funny shape!!!! And all the skeptics would have to conclude that not only is my stomach capable of saponifying
OO (Olive-Oil) but it also has a pasta maker for such instances!!!!!! It's making shapes!!!!.
All of my flushes have yielded at least this many stones, Some have yielded more. A few had 3 or 4 times as many.
Thanks again, Uny.
