i know Uny recommends against Epsom Salts . It seems like in her protocol there is no substitution for them. Is that correct? I know doing the 5 day Schulze protocol before hand will help, but I'm just wondering. Among the 13 Liver Flushes I've done, I did one where I didn't do the Apple Juice prep. I did use Epsom Salts though. But I had pain in my liver for a few days after the flush, I think from expelling a large stone that was not softened, since I omitted the prep. Each flush I seem to expel a few very large stones. I just want to be sure I will have no trouble if I omit the Epsom Salts . And don't get me wrong, I hate taking epsom salts.

i won't forget anyone who has helped me along the way. and i won't desert curezone and not report back to help other newbies on their journey.
