Long story short:

A good friend has a history of bowel issues. IBS, colitis. After a long period of trialling and experimenting those issues are managed well. Mainly diet.

I recommended CS to control a tooth infection.
Started treatment and bowel issues flare up including bleeding. All clear on a colonoscopy.
