Hello-I use CS for short periods of time to help with allergies, infections with no side effects. I too suffer(ed) from IBS and I completely understand what you are going through. The ONLY two things that have helped me: cutting out most refined Sugar and intermittent fasting (IF). If you google IF, you will find alot of inf-there are ALOT of versions of IF. My eating routine is to basically skip b-fast, start my 9 hour eating window between 11am-1pm, and stop eating between 7pm-9pm. I usually have 2 squares, with a few reasonable snacks in between. I eat a moderate carb diet. It was an adjustment, but my morning bowel issues are completely gone. It's a revelation and relief. Good luck to you.
