The way I hear Neal Sedaka singing, it definitely sounds like "Comma," as in "Be sure to place a comma before each conjunction, if there are more than one being used in a sentence." Short o "ahhh" sound.

Any way, point being, I think it's cool that Ray is breaking up his mucoid plaque. Ray, do you know that a gastroenterologist doctor I know once told me that mucoid plaque was a myth? I wanted to go show him mine when I passed it.
