Re: Jon Barron On Iodine
Yeah I think my file cabinet exploded, caught fire and melted down last night. :-) So much information flying around now I can't keep up any more. Time to kind of step back from it all and think about what really matters. Water, heat, shelter, food and back up electricity if possible.
I got my heavily fortified garden ready to go, but that may be fruitless. I bought 11 glass doors from a construction surplus store for $10 a piece. So that's going to make a 8 by 14ft enclosed garden. May have to turn it into a aquaphonic garden that can grow meat and veggies year round hopefully. The well is through over 300ft of solid rock, so that should be ok for a few years as long as there's electricity. I need to buy one of those micro-turbines for $500 for energy supply back up. Been spending all those $$$ on preping, so I don't have to get rid of those. Still have the credit cards ready to go in case of collapse. Got the air purification like you said. The vacation isn't going to happen. Been thinking about moving to Eastern WA. in a nice little valley east of the Cascades and let it all blow over or dump on Puget Sound area. Probably won't happen though. I'll be like the guy in Yellow Stone Park giving live reports as it blows up in my face, in that movie where the poles shift. Who wants to live forever anyway right? There are better places to go to. ;-)
Reporting live and signing out,
ChaztheMeatHead :-)
