Hopefully the label will state expected number of drops in what amount, then you do your division and figure out the expected dose per drop. Regardless, you're way off expecting 600 mg of iodine out of 1 drop. That would be only 6 drops per ounce, or 12 drops in that whole bottle. Droppers vary in how much they deliver. If there's no other info, you can always grit your teeth and, before you use any, count out the number of drops in the whole bottle, if you don't have a fairly accurate way of weighing an ounce or portion of an ounce. The number of drops in the whole bottle divided into 7200 mg would be the number of mg/drop.

Since the label states,"strongest Lugols Solution product on the market today," and it's being sold in the U.S., it might be assumed this is 5% Lugol's, which would be 6.25 mg per drop. HOWEVER, since it's really inexpensive, it's more likely to be 2% Lugol's, which would be 2.5 mg per drop. Maybe the label will be helpful :)
