Yep, it'd be 21 drops of Lugol's 5% IF the 130 mg being talked about wasn't potassium iodide. With Lugol's, the amount per drop doesn't include the potassium. (Thank you to Trapper for teaching me this!) I figured out for a post above this one that 130 mg potassium iodide = 100 mg iodide alone. That'd be 16 drops Lugol's 5% or 40 drops Lugol's 2%, and either one would need to be in oj or vitamin C solution.
