I did a quick check of eBay Canada for potassium iodide crystals you could use to make your own SSKI. Looks like the prices are grossly inflated right now. On the other hand, the same vendor who sells SSKI ready-made on eBay US is also selling on eBay Canada, and right now his price might be the one to beat, depending on how much shipping would be. His has iodide content of 20 mg per drop (probably from around 26 mg of potassium iodide). He goes by the_full_orchestra.
