Re: NOTSTONEDNOW...Cut Rectum
Hi Jasmine,
It hurt only momentarily, and the cuts were not deep or dangerous. A little blood, a little sting, and I felt no discomfort after 5 minutes or so. I didn't mean to give the impression I was screaming in pain or anything!
The enemas were 3 tablespoons of fresh ground coffee boiled for 5 minutes in 2
quarts of pure water. This mixture was allowed to cool, and then I strained it into a pitcher, where I added 4 heaping tablespoons of
Epsom Salts . Stir or shake until dissolved. I poured HALF of the lukewarm liquid into the enema kit, climbed into a tub of warm water scented with Lavender Oil (just for relaxation - not necessary) and proceeded to follow the regular enema directions. The rest of the liquid was reserved for the second set of enemas later in the evening. Each half of the mixture allowed for two enemas, 12-15 minutes each.
My earlier post made note of the time frames. I think it is important to make sure you hydrate yourself in between enemas and drinking the ES mixture. I felt dehydrated, and was drinking a pint of water between each treatment.
Also, I felt that taking Spirulina a couple times throughout the process kept me strong.
I ate my first full-fat meal today with no ill effects! I'm so glad to be cleaned out!
I still intend to do some more flushes in a few weeks to finish up the job, but the big stones were my main worry, and I'm so glad they're gone!!!
The hardest part of this whole ordeal was relatives that were convinced I was sacrificing myself on the altar of natural healing, blah, blah... :-/
Thank God, I was able to get through this without surgery!
