Congratulations! You did an excellent job. The coffee/epsoms salt enema worked great for you. Now I'm thinking about it... Where do I get the information on how to do that enema?

However, you said the two humongous stones cut your rectum. Sounds scarey!Now...what do you do to heal from that??? I really need to know.
